Letter regarding Mirza Khalil's debt, 1910
Letter from I‘timad al-Islam to Haj Mirza Khalil asking him to return the ownership of several stores and the rent of a flower garden (for eighty-two tumans); based on a former settlement, they were transferred to Haj Aqa Buzurg from his deceased wife, but now are in possession of Haj Mirza Khalil. Another letter asks Haj Mirza Khalil to pay eighty-four tumans as the share of the inheritors.

Includes a petition by Muzaffar Ardalan-pur, son of Sharaf al-Mulk from Kurdistan (son of Sharaf al-Mulk the Governor of Kurdistan), to the Majlis and his complaint against ‘Abbas Khan Sardar Rashid and his wife, who have seized the property of the writer and his two younger brothers. The writer has retrieved his land in Ravansar but other properties remain in the possession of Sardar Rashid and his wife. Mashhadi Muhammad Hasan, son of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, claims that the late Sahib Sultan (his brother's wife and daughter of Haji Isma‘il from Qasr al-Dasht) had settled all her belongings with him, but Sughra Sultan (wife of Hasan ‘Ali from Qasr al-Dasht and sister of the late Aqa [illegible]) has usurped them.
